I am excited to watch my garden change from a bare boring scene to one which has lots of colour and excitement.
This year my aims are to plant more shrubs which attract the bees and butterflies and to paint the woodwork some bright colours.
I also like to look after my birds my dad was a bird watcher and even though I can only feed a small part of the population it satisfies to me to do so, last year I had a regular visitor who was not your typical feathered friend, more furry. He was of course a squirrel. I bought some bird feeders to stop the squirrel eating all the bird feed and he didn't come everyday so the birds still got there fair share. I often smile when I see the birds on the feeder and know my dad would be proud of the tradition he bought us up around and although I'm not completely mad traveling the uk to see one "rare" bird I do always notice birds whilst I'm out and about.
I love having bird feeders in my yard. We have a bird book to learn which ones come to feed. Enjoyed reading your post. Thanks for linking up with us at the TGIF BLOG HOP.

Can't wait to see what you do with your garden! I think it looks great already, imo. I hope this weather keeps up. I noticed that I'm a lot more cheery now. Thanks for linking up at the TGIF blog hop.
